Prices are subject to change without notice.
All prices on the Elixalife® website are displayed and processed in Australia Dollars (AUD) and will be inclusive of Australian Domestic Goods and Services Tax (10% GST) for all orders being delivered within Australia.
Customers having orders delivered outside Australia are exporting the goods and therefore shall not subject to the GST and this component will be removed automatically prior to final calculation for payment.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser/receiver to ensure that their country’s customs/quarantine laws accept the import of products purchased.
Elixalife® cannot provide assurance or information relating to a foreign country’s customs regulations.
Any extra customs charges or any other charges are to be paid for by the receiver, Elixalife® takes no responsibility for any extra charges that may occur.
Elixalife® does not take responsibility for items confiscated at your country’s port and will not provide a refund or exchange in this occurrence.
Elixalife® does not accept any responsibility for customs delays that may apply in the destination country.

- Please note freight charges are a guide for most orders and may alter based on weight and dimensions
- You will receive and email containing tracking details when your order is despatched
Please Note: time frames are a guide only and subject to changes due to unforeseen /unavoidable events beyond Elixlife’s reasonable control. Elixalife® will not provide credit or replacement on orders delivered outside these timeframes.
Delivery and returns
Incorrect shipping address
In the event that the wrong shipping address has been provided by the receiver, and the product is returned to us, the receiver must pay for the postage prior to re dispatch. No refund will be offered or authorised if the receiver has typed the wrong shipping address and the product is lost in transit.
Please note all Elixalife® products have passed strict quality assurance and other scientific tests as outlined by the Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration.
Therefore, it is an Elixalife® policy that any products ordered through our Elixalife® website are the responsibility of the recipient. Due to Elixalife’s company policies, and in line with our own quality assurance requirements, there will not be any refund of products purchased over the web.
Products can be returned or exchanged only in the following circumstances:
- Damaged in transit
- Incorrect product shipped
- Faulty product
In these circumstances, products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Otherwise due to the health risks from tampering all products are considered to be sold on a “No Return Basis”.
No refund or exchange will be given for:
- Change of mind
- Products that have been open or tampered with or are not in a resalable condition
- Incorrect orders made by the recipient
In the event a parcel is returned to sender the recipient is not entitled to a refund. If your order is returned to our warehouse due to the recipient unable to claim the package you will be required to pay the freight charge again.
- Elixalife® will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery.
- Customers will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charge.
- You need to send the original or a copy of the invoice with your order.
- In the event that your product is lost in transit, Elixalife® will not be held liable and therefore recommends that you send all returns via Registered Post.
- We ask that you allow a minimum of 7 business days from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
Orders cannot be cancelled or amended once submitted.
