Who we are

What we collect and why
We only collect what we need to sell and deliver your order and to answer you.
- When you order: your name, email, phone number, delivery and billing addresses and any order notes you add, so we can send your order, contact you about it and keep the records the law requires.
- When you contact us or ask to be told when a product is back in stock: your name, email, phone number (optional) and message.
- Your cart: kept in your own browser (local storage) so it is still there when you come back. It is not sent to us until you check out.
Where we keep it
Your orders, enquiries and customer details are kept in our secure customer database, hosted in Sydney, Australia, by our database provider Supabase. Only we and the agency that runs this website for us can access it.
Payments
Payments are processed by PayPal. You pay on PayPal's own secure pages, so your PayPal login and card details go directly to PayPal and are never seen or stored by us. PayPal shares your name, email address, delivery address and, where you have given PayPal one, your phone number with us so we can send your order and contact you about it. Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site, such as which pages are visited and which products are added to a cart. It uses cookies and does not tell us who you are. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Who we share it with
We share your details only with the services that help us run the store: PayPal (payments), Australia Post (delivery), our email provider (order and enquiry emails), our database provider (Supabase, Sydney) and our website host. We never sell your information or use it for anyone else's marketing.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email lizgiuliano1@gmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
