How long does delivery take?
We send every order with Australia Post. Standard delivery takes 2 to 9 business days, excluding official public holidays, and you'll get an email with tracking details when your order is despatched. We deliver within Australia only.
What is your returns policy?
Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if they were damaged in transit, the incorrect product was shipped, or the product is faulty. Due to the health risks from tampering, there is no refund or exchange for change of mind, or for products that have been opened.
